Cassie Bond has over 17 years of hospitality experience with a strong focus on driving top line revenues and maximizing profitability. This is her 13th year working in revenue management for Chesapeake Hospitality and she is currently the VP of Revenue Strategy. In 2018, she was selected as HSMAI’s Corporate Revenue Management Professional of the Year. In Cassie’s role, she leads the corporate revenue management team while spearheading global strategy for the Chesapeake portfolio. She also leads RevAdvantage by Chesapeake – their Revenue Management Services only alternative for hotel owners and operators that went live in November 2020. She and her team specialize in granular deep dives into segmentation, channel analysis, price positioning, targeted demand capture and revenue stream optimization.
As CCO, Tom Buoy brings a visionary and thoughtful approach to shaping commercial strategies and building and executing plans to support the success of Radisson Hotel Group Americas. He is a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group Americas, he served as President and CEO of his own commercial consulting and advisory business. As EVP Revenue, he led the commercial transformation at Extended Stay America. Additionally, he served as SVP Customer Marketing and RM for Morgans Hotel Group, a thought leader in EY’s Hospitality Consulting practice, and worked in Operations and RM with Accor in Australia.
Dana Cariss is responsible for implementing the revenue strategy, distribution and e-commerce objectives for CoralTree Hospitality. He works closely with the property Revenue Optimization Community teams and helps support each in their pricing, distribution, channel management and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profit across all segments. Before joining CoralTree, Dana worked for Destination Hotels in several revenue management roles before expanding his role to Corporate Direction and the role of Regional Vice President for all of the company’s West Coast properties. Dana has also held management roles with Loews Hotels, Evolution Hospitality, and Handlery Hotels. Dana currently sits on the Revenue Optimization Advisory Board for HSMAI and is the Immediate Past President of the HSMAI San Diego Chapter. Dana is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, with a double major in Mathematics and Economics.

Cambra is the founder and president of StrategicRev, a revenue consulting firm focused on strategy and pricing to drive profitability for companies and ranging in size from Fortune 500 organizations to small businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups. She is a successful leader with more than 25 years of experience and achievement in business strategy, pricing, forecasting, business and competitive intelligence, and distribution with an extensive focus on operations, sales, and marketing.
For the past 30 years, Isaac Collazo has been examining, analyzing, and advising companies on the lodging industry, its economic foundations, and its outlook. Collazo began his lodging career at La Quinta Inns, moved on to Promus Hotels Corporation (acquired by Hilton) then to Marriott International, followed by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) where he spent 18 years leading its Performance Strategy & Planning, and Competitive Intelligence departments. At the beginning of 2021, Collazo joined STR, the premier lodging industry data provider, as VP Analytics. His responsibilities include solidifying STR’s analytical and data methodologies, assisting with the integration of STR into CoStar’s digital platform, and unifying STR products/services holistically to provide a single, reliable, and holistic source of knowledge, wisdom, and truth. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and a master’s from the University of Texas, Austin.
Garine Ferejian-Mayo brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to Sonesta, where she is now leading the company’s Sales, Revenue, Distribution, Call Center, and Field-Marketing teams. In this role she works closely with Sonesta’s President and CEO on crafting commercial strategy for the company.
Garine began her career at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and has held several leadership roles at Fairmont, Loews, and Starwood Hotels. Most recently she served as IHG’s Head of Commercial for their Core-Managed Hotels & Luxury division.
Susan Guimbellot is a revenue optimization and distribution expert in the hospitality and airline industries. Leading Revenue Management Product Delivery at IHG, Susan is responsible for all pricing & inventory related products across 6,000 hotels worldwide. Previously, as VP of Revenue & Channel Strategy for HVMG, Susan drove large revenue and index gains across all major brands and independent hotels. Susan was VP – RM & Distribution for Denihan Hospitality, an owner/operator of boutique hotels in top US urban markets. Susan spent 8 years with Starwood, and as VP, Channel Intelligence she was responsible for revenue analyses, channel strategies, reporting, fee and billing functions. Susan started her career in the airline industry across analytics and technology in Pricing, RM, route planning, and aircraft scheduling.
Stephen Hambleton supports hotels in driving better revenue through best-of-breed revenue management technology powered by IDeaS and SAS’ high-performance forecasting and analytics. He is passionate about big-data solutions and continual technological innovations that drive revenue and profitability improvements in guest rooms and function space by capitalizing on the available demand and advanced price-sensitivity algorithms.
Jennifer Hill’s specialty is revenue optimization, using profit-based models and successful collaboration with all disciplines to achieve optimal performance. In her role, she relies on this experience to help clients identify and solve strategic business priorities.
Prior to joining Kalibri Labs, Jennifer worked with several third party management companies, and has nearly two decades of experience in operations and revenue strategy at branded and independent hotels in major markets. In 2017, HSMAI recognized Jennifer as one of the Top 25 Minds in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization, and awarded her the Revenue Management Professional of the Year award in 2014.
Brian Hicks has over 25 years of international hospitality experience across multiple functions, regions, brands and segments. He is a strategically-minded, results-oriented professional who thrives in situations of corporate expansion and transformation. Brian has an honest passion for leading through vision and example, building high-performing highly engaged teams, working collaboratively across functions. Lori Kiel, Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, is responsible for the top line strategy for revenue, sales and marketing for all of Kessler Collection hotels and outlets. Lori has an extensive background in Revenue Management, Sales and Hotel Operations in branded and independent hotels.
Lori has 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and has worked in various positions throughout her career. Lori’s revenue management experience has spanned over the last 30 years of her career, starting out in Reservations and as Revenue Management evolved Lori held a dual role leading revenue management in all of her subsequent roles including General Manager. In addition, her experience spans over numerous brands and chain scales in the industry including IHG, Omni, Hilton, Wyndham, Marriott, Preferred and Independent Hotels.
Lori has a passion for analyzing economic trends and leading a team of Sales and Revenue professionals to execute strategy to attain the company’s goals. Lori has a proven track record of increasing RevPAR and index throughout her career; which has resulted in top line revenues that exceed budgeted expectations.
Soojin Kim has overseen all aspects of hotel ownership responsibilities with emphasis on revenue driven profit maximization and asset value enhancement. She has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality real estate industry working with institutional and private investors; managed, franchised, and independent properties; urban, suburban, and resort; select service, full service, and luxury properties. She is currently VP of Asset Management at Roch Capital after tenures at Host Hotels & Resorts, JLL, and Interstate Hotels and Resorts. Soojin holds a master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, a master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University in Korea.
As Chief Evangelist and Development Officer for IDeaS, Klaus Kohlmayr‘s role is to challenge existing thought processes, create stimulating conversations and help bring to live the future of Revenue Management and Pricing in hospitality and travel.
He is currently responsible for global thought leadership, working closely with the industry and teams at IDeaS to accelerate innovation. Additionally, he is also leading the team responsible for mapping out IDeaS long term strategy and is heading up the Global Alliances and Partnership group.
Klaus has been working to challenge the status quo for the last 20+ years. He has worked in global hospitality roles for many years both in Operations as well as leading revenue management and pricing departments in Europe and Asia.
An advocate of lifelong learning, Klaus holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, has studied business at Henley Management College, real estate investment and asset management at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration; and finance and strategy at the Singapore Management University.
Chris LaRose is Vice President of Revenue Management at Hilton. In his role, Chris leads a team who strategically drive improved commercial outcomes across the Americas managed estate.
A 25+ year industry veteran; Chris has spent almost equal amounts of time in Revenue Management and Digital Marketing roles. While in Revenue Management Chris designed and implemented Hilton systems, function and business process still leveraged today. As a leader in Digital Marketing, Chris launched Hilton’s first mobile web solution for both Apple and Android operating systems and later founded Hilton’s approach to performance Marketing in the Americas.
Tess McGoldrick leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact Revenue Management products to drive organic revenue growth for her clients in the Travel & Hospitality industries. Tess and her team collaboratively work with customers to ensure the products – N2Pricing and FareVantage – are configured to meet the customer’s business need. Tess McGoldrick champions Change Management through user training & feedback, sharing of best practices, and maintaining user confidence and adoption of the product. Tess has supported Revenue Management initiatives with clients across multiple industries including hospitality, cruise lines, media, consumer goods and services, automotive manufacturing and retail.

Dr. Kelly McGuire is Managing Principal, Hospitality, ZS Associates, where she is responsible for helping global hospitality clients improve their commercial strategy and operations, and to find impactful uses for data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning to support their commercial strategy. She is the author of two books on analytics in hospitality, “Hotel Pricing in a Social World and The Analytic Hospitality Executive”. She holds a MMH and a PhD in revenue management from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, and is a member of HSMAIs Americas Board.
A proud native of Louisiana, raised in the hospitality industry, Alexa Montgomery Krnjaic has over 25 years in the industry and has has held numerous leadership positions in both hotels & restaurants. She has a diverse and well-rounded background with over 12 years in the Revenue Management & Distribution disciplines. She has also held other various positions in operations, sales, event planning as well as food and beverage. Alexa has worked for Marriott International, Tom Douglas Restaurant Group, HEI Hotels & Resorts, Red Lion Hotels and now, Sonesta Hotels. Alexa’s curiosity is what keeps her motivated and she is always asking questions. She is passionate about top line revenue & profit optimization while balancing relationships of all kinds. She resides in between Denver & New Orleans with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs. When she is not driving profitability, you can find her in the kitchen utilizing her culinary arts degree.
Raheel Moolji joined Ashford’s Asset Management Team in 2018, providing revenue Management, sales, digital marketing and distribution strategy guidance for a portfolio of hotels. Prior to Ashford, Raheel was with Remington as Vice President of Revenue Management for 5 years and held various revenue management positions at Hilton.
Monika Morrobel, Corporate Director of Revenue Management, oversees the top line revenue strategy for Kessler Collection – a visionary hospitality brand that owns, develops and manages specialty hotels, restaurants and retail. Monika has 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a passion for analyzing data and trends to create actionable revenue strategy. She has earned certification through HSMAI as Certified Revenue Management Executive and Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer.
Dr. Breffni Noone is an Associate Professor at the Pennsylvania State University School of Hospitality Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Revenue Management from Cornell University. Her research interests revolve around revenue management in the restaurant, hotel, and golf industries. She has authored several book chapters, and has published over 40 articles in leading academic journals. She has been the recipient of a number of research, teaching excellence, and advising awards. She currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management and the International Journal of Hospitality Management, and is an associate editor for the Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research. She is a revenue management consultant to hospitality enterprises and provides executive education programs in revenue management in the U.S. and Europe. She is on the HSMAI Revenue Management Advisory Board for the Americas, and is the chair of the governing board for Les Roches Global Hospitality Education.

He is an authority on measuring the economic impact of visitor activity and has analyzed the impacts of cruising, gaming, timeshare, hotels, new attractions, and destination marketing.
Dan Skodol is Vice President of Data Science and Analytics at Cendyn. Dan came to Cendyn via the Rainmaker acquisition and has over fifteen years of Revenue Management experience in gaming, hotels, multifamily real estate, and airlines. Dan previously held Director of Revenue Management roles for two casino organizations in Atlantic City, and Archstone Communities. He holds a BA from Yale University and a Master of Management in Hospitality degree from Cornell. Dan and his wife reside in Denver, CO with their two sons and enjoy skiing, running, hiking, cooking, and travel.

Before Revenue Generation, Tim was a vice president with Host Hotels and Resorts, a Fortune 500 company and the largest premiere real estate hospitality company in the world. He has also held a vice president position at TPG Hospitality, a private equity firm with over 60 full-service hotels representing all major markets and brands, and he was vice president Red Roof Group where he oversaw the Revenue Strategy of over 650 economy hotels. He has held other corporate-level positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Canadian Hotel Income Properties and has been a key advisor for Marriott International in sales and revenue management.
Over the course of his career, Tim has worked with all major brands and independent properties and has developed top line business intelligence tools, dashboards, and business configurations to assist hotels in driving optimal results. He thrives on finding innovative ways to turn around underperforming assets while motivating sales and revenue teams.
Tim holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance. He is an active member of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) and is currently serving on the Revenue Optimization Advisory Board.

She has advised hundreds of hotels worldwide on improving their business strategy, performance, and overall profitability. She is a published expert in hospitality and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities, as well as a former member of the Board of Directors for the HSMAI Revenue Management Special Interest Group.
